About the Team
General Manager Brandi Mahla brings 36 years of restaurant experience and has a passion for hospitality. She has worked in every position from front to back of house, including at well-known regional restaurants.
Executive Chef Josh Sanchez leads the food aspect of Ink & Ale and works tirelessly to craft a variety of sandwich options, salads, and appetizers. He started his career more than 10 years ago and is well known for his culinary expertise.
About the Location
Ink & Ale Brewhouse sits exactly where the Courier-Times newspaper was printed for decades. After 183 years, the paper is still in print and has offices right down the hall, but the presses were no longer in use.
Interior design company Christina Mae merged history with luxury to create a memorable space for an elevated dining experience. Take some time to linger over our old newspapers, vintage photos, and inspired furnishings.
